Question 1

What else is a 1996 Nissan Stagea sold as?

Accepted Answer

A 1996 Nissan Stagea is also sold as the Nissan Skyline in Japan, the Nissan Skyline GT-R in Japan. The Nissan Skyline is the same car under a different badge, so parts generally interchange.

Question 2

Do Nissan Skyline parts fit a Nissan Stagea?

Accepted Answer

For a market twin like the Nissan Skyline, parts interchange in most cases because it is the same vehicle with different badging. Mechanical and service parts are the safest; lighting, bumpers and trim can differ between markets, and right-hand-drive versus left-hand-drive affects steering, mirrors and dashboards. Always check the part number against your own car before buying.

Question 3

What does WC34 mean on a Nissan Stagea?

Accepted Answer

WC34 is the chassis or generation code for the 1996 Nissan Stagea. Parts catalogues for older and imported cars are usually organised by chassis code rather than by model year, so it is the most reliable thing to search on.
